The aim was to help students to get an idea of how to pass an interview in IT companies. Therefore, all human resources specialists and technician do not represent initially the voices of what they companies. This incognito interviewers allowed students not to focus on the company name, and focus on the interview process and get immediate feedback. Only at the end, when one of the guests summed up the meeting were announced partner companies of this unusual event.
The format of the training was unique : HR-managers Natalia Talalay (EIS), Alla Serebriakova (NetCracker), Catherine Korneliouk (DataArt) and Catherine Oleksyuk and Julia Wenger (GUID IT-Recruiting Agency) synchronously, in a non-stop interviewed students ( on each finger for 20-30 minutes).
